Over twenty years ago, I started appraising real estate in Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties. Approximately three years ago, I appraised three homes in South Tampa and Apollo Beach for a buyer. On the last home, I noticed that he was going to lose about $35,000 if he purchased this home and had to sell it due to unforeseen circumstances. He asked for assistance in how to renegotiate his contract since he was closing in two weeks. He took my tips and went to his agent (who said it couldn't be done) and called me back two days later saying he saved $33,000! His next words changed my life...
"You should be a Real Estate Consultant and help people with your expertise when they buy or sell a home."
I then invested a year into developing systems to give buyers and sellers what they wanted and help them avoid all the things they hated. When we launched our unique consulting program, it took off, and the majority of our business is By Referral Only. We are taking our client's referrals as a compliment that our buyers and sellers are so pleased with our world-class service and systems that they are telling everyone that they care about to investigate our team and see if it would help them achieve their goals too.
